Manufacturers mainly work with centralized service centers where only components are replaced. Soldering is no longer done there, and therefore no real repairs are carried out. Here, the defective display was to be replaced with an original HP display. I looked for the original display and its price, which was very expensive. A more economical solution had to be found! We found a similar display from another manufacturer and modified the connections a bit. It worked right away.
